Helping you get started with specialty coffee

Let me guess... You are intrigued by all the fancy equipments that come along with specialty coffee but you feel you don't know enough to ask or to learn about brewing your coffees.

Let us tell you on what idea EVENTIDE was first started. Back when we first started planning for EVENTIDE, we found a gap in coffee shops [in Chennai] not selling packs of coffee, talking about their coffee to the customers and generally lacked a bit of that neighbourhood coffee shop feel that most cities have. Yes we wanted to be the hub that coffee enthusiasts meet, but heck we also wanted to be the bridge that connects any person who is interested in specialty coffee to be able to talk, understand and be able to get into it by simply walking into our shop.

This is where we come in. The main mission for us as a brand [in Chennai] is to be approachable and accessible to anyone who feels specialty coffee is unapproachable. We try our best in making it that way by keeping things transparent, by answering to your questions, by conducting workshops that giving you an entry into specialty coffee. 

So the next time you feel like asking someone how you too can buy a pack of coffee (be it whole beans or ground particularly for you) and brew it at home, you know that you can ask us.
